We have many species of cod in California. Rockfish, blackcod, and lingcod. Rockfish and lingcod have beautiful white flaky meat. Very versatile, best known for fried fish and chips.

Bluefin is some of the most buttery and melt-in-your-mouth tuna you've ever had, you can't go wrong with this bluefin tuna.
HALIBUT
Halibut is a favorite fish. White meat that is very mild and firm. Halibut is a good grilling fish.
